SHOPPERS are racing to Aldi for a statement planter that can be instantly transformed into a water feature.
The Garden Bright solar LED plant column is priced at £17.99 and is available in the middle aisle now.

Bosses at the German supermarket insist that it “gives your garden a magical atmosphere”.
The solar light inside the column automatically turns on at dusk, providing a pretty glow at night.
And some shoppers are even pairing the garden buy with a solar fountain to create a water feature instead of a flower planter.
Posting on the Aldi UK Shoppers Facebook page, savvy Gaynor said: “Love this, am going to get a couple more. It has a solar light in the tower piece, I put the fountain in.”
Another delighted shopper wrote: “Picked up this solar LED plant column from Aldi. Love that the planter is removable too – makes it so easy to switch things up!
“Honestly so pleased with how this has turned out… cosy garden is truly loading.”
“I never thought of using the plant pot and solar fountain together”, gasped a third.
Meanwhile, a fourth added: “Mine also turned into a water fountain lol.”
Solar floating fountains can be picked up for as little as £4.99 in Home Bargains.
Aldi is also launching its own £6.99 version from this Thursday, May 7, which can add an “element of drama” to bird baths, water bowls, pools or small ponds.
