A MURDER investigation has been launched after a man was found dead inside his home alongside a dog with suspected stab wounds.
Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder as cops continue to probe the shock death.

This morning, the body of a man was found at a home in Burntwood, near Lichfield.
were called to the address at around 9am after reports of two men fighting – but when police arrived they found a man suffering with serious injuries.
Ambulance Service and the Air Ambulance Service were also in attendance and provided advanced life support.
But sadly, despite their best efforts, “nothing could be done to save him” and the man was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 10am.
A dog was also found at the address with potential stab wounds and has been taken to a vet to be treated.
Police have cordoned off the area and launched a murder investigation, which has led to the arrest of two men, aged 32 and 37, and a 33-year-old woman.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: “Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died in Burntwood this morning (May 5).
“We were called to Hazel Grove shortly before 9am following reports of two men fighting.
“A man was found with significant injuries at the scene. Sadly, nothing could be done to save him and he was pronounced dead shortly after 10am.
“A dog was also found inside the house with suspected stab wounds and has been taken to a vet for treatment.
“Officers have put a cordon in place at the home and have launched an investigation to understand the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
“Two men, aged 32 and 27, and a woman, aged 33, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.”
