Shoppers claim that the viral HoneyPups are the new Labubus
After gaining traction in China, Labubus went international when K-pop singer Lalisa Manobal from the girl group Blackpink, who also stars in the TV sensation White Lotus, began sharing photos of them on her social media.
However, 2026 has introduced an even cuter fluffy bag charm that has caused a social media uproar.
Skincare and haircare brand Gisou, available at retailers like Sephora, Selfridges, and Harrods, launched the ‘blind box’ HoneyPups to promote their new honey glaze lip mask.
This collection of fuzzy accessories is available in four popular colors, each with delightful character names: FluffyPup, ToffeePup, ButterPup, and MysteryPup.
Each HoneyPup is designed to “hold and snuggle” the Gisou honey glaze lip mask and easily attaches to bags.
To receive one of these ‘free’ puppies, customers had to spend £110 on Gisou products.
All HoneyPups have completely sold out worldwide, with fans pleading with Gisou to restock them.
The high demand has led some resellers to sell them for up to £380 on Vinted and £500 on eBay.
On TikTok, unboxing videos of these mystery toys are going viral, with beauty enthusiasts and influencers falling in love with the fluffy pups.
While opening one with her daughter Acé on TikTok, Kirsten Cameron , co-founder of Scotland’s largest influencer agency, Aquarius Creative, exclaimed: “Unbox our Gisou HoneyPup with us! It’s so adorable; this is my Labubu.
“Acé wasn’t too thrilled with the surprise, though.”
Many others have remarked that the new HoneyPups are the Labubu of 2026.
“What is a Labubu? I want HoneyPups!” one user said.
Another commented: “Oh, I want one so badly!”

Meanwhile, another echoed: “I need a pup! Please bring them back!”
