SERGIO AGUERO has suffered an injury nightmare after he was carried off a pitch following his return to football.
The legend in 2021 after he was diagnosed with a heart condition.

, 37, has returned to the pitch back in his homeland of Argentina with an .
He took part in the 2-0 victory over in the over-35s Senior League Cup.
However, the match was overshadowed as the former striker suffered an injury to his ankle.
Aguero was forced to leave the field and was carried away by players from both teams.
Medical checks were carried out on the five-time Prem winner off the pitch.
Early reports suggested that the injury could be serious as a “tear to his achilles tendon could not be ruled out”.
The club then confirmed that Aguero has actually ruptured the tendon.
A statement read: “Sergio Agüero underwent tests after leaving the field, which revealed that he suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon.
“Get well soon. We look forward to seeing you soon! From the entire Senior.”
Aguero addressed the injury on social media with a video on .
He added: “I had an MRI and it was confirmed that I tore the tendon.
“Tomorrow I will start with the studies and I will have to undergo surgery.”

The unfortunate injury comes just a week after his Independiente side thrashed Riestra.
After the win, Aguero insisted that he was planning on playing plenty of games for the team.
He said: “I’m going to be around here, so I hope to keep adding games.”
Aguero spent ten years at Manchester City between 2011 and 2021 in which he scored 260 goals.
He left the Etihad and signed for Barcelona on a free transfer, but his spell in Spain was cut short.
The striker was taken ill during a match against Deportivo Alaves in October 2021 and was later diagnosed with a cardiac arrhythmia.
