Ryan Thomas Stands Up for Brother Adam After Craig Charles Calls Him 'Aggressive' Before I'm A Celeb Finale

ADAM Thomas’ brother Ryan has come to his defence after Craig Charles branded him “aggressive” ahead of tonight’s I’m A Celebrity final.

Former actor , 61, fought back tears on today as that had on him.

Earlier this week, Jimmy, 47, and got into a heated clash on the show, after the former footy star .

Today, Craig also revealed on This Morning how bad the star’s outburst had been, and called him “aggressive”.

In reaction to this, Adam’s brother , 41, who used to work closely with Craig on Corrie, has defended his younger sibling.

Posting a sweet throwback of them as kids, the loyal big brother penned an emotional message, which read: “It’s Hard to put into words what you mean to me bro.

“You’ve always been more than just a brother… you’ve been my backbone, my reality check, and the person who always champions me & everyone else around you.

“A friend of mine called me this morning and said in 30 years of knowing Adam he’s never seen him react the way he did in the jungle does that not speak volumes!!???

“You stay true to your emotions your feelings it’s who you are & I wouldn’t change any of you, you do things with compassion, love & sensitivity.

“I hate to say this because I’m your big brother but I look up to you in so many ways sometimes I wish I was more like you.”

Ryan then added: “You’re not just my little brother…you’re my best friend & I’d be lost without you.

Ps I know you don’t care about winning but just a reminder that us boys have done every reality show there is & I’ve won all of them….what have you won!? Bring that crown home R kid.

Ryan’s words come after affected him, as the cast get ready for tonight’s I’m A Celebrity final.

Addressing the argument, he said: “Adam was so wound up, so aggressive, like a coiled spring.

“It looked like he was going to attack Jimmy, he was dropping f-bombs and c-bombs.”

Speaking to host , he continued: “If Alison (Hammond) said she didn’t want to do an interview and you reacted like that, you would be escorted off the premises, it really was traumatic.

“They couldn’t broadcast it, I get that, I’m not blaming ITV, they edited it out. So mine and Harry’s response to that was because of what we’d really seen.

“They had to water down what we’d really seen but they didn’t water down our responses.

“People are thinking, ‘oh it wasn’t that bad’, but we weren’t picking on Adam at all, it was just that what he did, and we saved him again.

“I thought Adam was my friend, so we saved him again.”

Becoming overcome with emotion, Craig said: “We laughed so much in that jungle, Adam laughed so much in that jungle and then to come back and see it all reduced to a grudge match.”

Host got up and hugged a tearful Craig as she said: “I’m gonna get up and give you a hug because that was a big thing for you to do.”

With his voice shaking, the actor emotionally expressed: “It’s just that these guys have suffered, their reputations damaged.

“With this social media campaign, they’ve given this 80-year-old man dog abuse on social media,” he said as he pointed at Harry.

“Just because he said, ‘I don’t like the way that Adam reacted’. We didn’t like the way Jimmy reacted, we didn’t like the way Adam reacted.”
