Feisty Ruth shared a selfie in which she flipped the bird and stated her intent following a short break.

She wrote: “After a brief hiatus, world domination and winding up middle aged white men shall resume as of 10am. New legs loading.”

Ruth announced she’d had leg surgery on TikTok last month, speaking from a wheelchair.

She said: “Hi guys, so I have some good news and some bad news.

“The good news is that we’ve had a full circle moment and I’m back making TikTok content in my parents’ house.

“The bad news is that I can’t do it in front of that lovely, floral blue wallpaper anymore due to the fact that that room is upstairs and I’ve just had my second below knee amputation.

“So unfortunately, those facilities are not available to me at the current moment in time.”

With her trademark dark humour, she branded her chair her “new whip” and nicknamed it “Fat Tony”, joking the top speed was ” f*** all per hour”.

She was inundated with well-wishes, but the outpouring of love left her feeling “weirded out.”

Ruth injured her foot and suffered severe nerve damage while playing at the age of 15,

At the age of 23, she decided to have her right leg amputated below the knee.

The star previously opened up about her first amputation to Teen .

She said: “At that age, you think you’re unstoppable, and it was a lot of having to learn a bit too young that sometimes life doesn’t really work out the way you thought it would.

“But I wouldn’t change it.

“It made me a really resilient person.

“I’m thankful for just being able to do simple things like walk around or go on a bike or ride my horse.

“It kind of teaches you to not take things for granted.”

Ruth recently revealed why she needed a second amputation while getting a tattoo on the Under Your Skin with Grace Neutral podcast.

She explained: “I was on crutches for eight years, and the way I used my crutches I was always up on my tippy-toes, and so the joints in my feet were destroyed.

“It’s just kind of the same thing. It’s gone past the point where they can do anything about it.

“I’ve already had to have all my toes amputated, and so I have no toes and so my foot looks like a little hamburger.

“So with the second one, it’s just the same situation. It was just my quality of life and it’s never going to get any better from this point so they can only really stop it from getting worse.

“The amount of health problems and stuff I’ve had this past year – I haven’t let it stop me from doing anything but I feel like it has hindered me and made my ability to do my job more difficult.”

Ruth added: “I’ve been through it once before, so I think with two prosthetics I’ll be pretty unstoppable.”

The star gained a legion of new fans earlier this year on Celebrity Traitors.

She was ruthlessly murdered in episode four after clashing with traitor Jonathan Ross.

After her exit, she claimed there was an “unspoken hierarchy” on the show in The Sunday Times, adding “that placed certain people like myself at a disadvantage, because I haven’t been in the industry very long.”
