The £25 flavored vodka, which was inspired by her husband's enjoyment of mixing Skittles sweets into the drink, appears to still be available on the company’s website.
However, frustrated fans informed The Sun on Sunday that they had been waiting for months for bottles ordered in October that never arrived.
Eventually, they received an automated notification stating that their money would be refunded, but they were not provided with any explanation for the delay or cancellation of their orders.
When one customer attempted to reach out to Sktl, they discovered that the company’s main email address had bounced back.
Another customer expressed their frustration, stating, “I’m furious; it took two months to learn that they weren’t going to deliver.”
Friends of Rebekah—whose husband recently moved—revealed that the mother of five has paused her work on the drink brand to adjust to her new life.
A source commented: “There’s no issue with the brand; it’s still something Rebekah intends to pursue.
“But, for the time being, she’s needed to take a step back and focus on organizing the family’s move and settling into their new home.
“Once everything is sorted out, vodka will again be one of her priorities!”
