The records also include a list of masseuses with 254 names redacted.
Among the thousands of released images, 65 show individuals at a black tie event.
The embarrassed ex-royal was photographed lying across the lap of five women, all of whose faces have been redacted.
He appears to be smiling with his eyes closed, resting his head nearly on a woman's lap.
Maxwell, who is a convicted sex trafficker, is also present in the photograph, standing behind Andrew alongside another woman whose face is also obscured.
It remains unclear when or where these photos were taken, or who captured them.
There is no indication that these images imply any misconduct.
Many individuals depicted – including the ex-prince – have denied any involvement in wrongdoing related to Epstein.
Andrew, who lost his Duke and Prince titles and was stripped of his Knight of the Order of the Garter, has been severely affected by the Epstein scandal.

While he has repeatedly claimed to have severed ties with the convicted sex offender, it was revealed that he had emailed his associate several months after he asserted he had cut off contact.

The scandal has resulted in Andrew losing his titles and status as a royal family member, along with the associated privileges.
The King and Andrew agreed that he would vacate Royal Lodge.
However, his removal from Royal Lodge is complicated, as he is struggling to downsize.
He was ordered to leave his 31-room mansion, where he paid a “peppercorn rent,” by his brother, The King.
It was reported that Andrew returned his lease on Royal Lodge to The Crown Estate on October 30.
