, who is a mum of three, joked about looking “forever young” in her new upload, showing the extent of her scars for the first time.
Caroline, 49, was seen with her husband, Spanish footballer Sergio Carrallo, as they took a stroll.
She donned a baby blue cardigan and jeans, with a handbag thrown over her wrist.
After flashing a smile to the camera, she wrote the caption: “When he said let’s grow old together”.
The camera then panned to her in the surgery room, sitting side profile, with bloodied stitches spanning from her skull to her ear.
She looked sad and in pain before scenes showed her with bruises under her eyes and then lying in bed to recover.
The star then added the words: “But I had other plans”.
Caroline then gave a flash of her snatched new jawline as the clip played out.
Earlier this month, the controversial star was as she admitted she was down to her “last 20 grand”.
The British businesswoman has a , who has also appeared on Real Housewives of London.
These included the former Prince Andrew, with whom she was famously snapped on a private yacht in the luxury French celeb resort of St Tropez.
He even took her to a Martha’s Vineyard Gala with Bill and Hillary Clinton, but the pair split due to the continued press attention on their relationship.
She has now come under fire for a shocking comment she made on her podcast.
In a recent instalment Carolineas she opened up on her finances.
She said: “I was down to my last 20 grand about four years ago. Barely, you know, had rent. I couldn’t pay anything and had to sell as much as I could you know to fund everything and start again.
“So I and you know my partner with all due respect, who I love dearly was 20 years younger. It’s not like he could bail out an entire family.
“So I didn’t have that nest.”
Caroline married her now husband Sergio, who is 19 years her junior, in Mauritius, back in 2021, due to the UAE not recognising interfaith marriages.
Fans were outraged by Caroline’s ridiculous comment on being down to her last “20 grand” as they highlighted the struggles of people “on this planet.”
