THE daughter of Columbo star Peter Falk has died by suicide at 60.
Jacqueline Falk, whose actor dad was best known for his role as Lieutenant Columbo, died this week in California.

The Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office said Jacqueline took her own life, TMZ reported .
She was one of the actor’s two adopted daughters.
Jacqueline’s dad Falk married Alyce Mayo in 1960, and the couple adopted Jacqueline and her sister Catherine.
The couple divorced in 1976 and Falk married actress Shera Danese.
