A MIGRANT who sexually assaulted a lone schoolgirl on a train is facing years in jail.

Abdulmanon Aliev, pictured above, sat opposite the 13-year-old and attempted to speak to her using a translator app on his phone.

She moved to another seat but 50-year-old Aliev followed, sat next to her and subjected her to a prolonged attack.

The girl was only able to escape when the train arrived at its final stop, Fenchurch Street station, on June 16 last year, a heard.

Aliev, from the Central Asian republic of , denied sexual assault and attempted rape at Inner London crown court.
