It’s unlikely to be a Merry Christmas for Olivia Rodrigo.

I can reveal that the "Drivers License" singer has parted ways with the actor.

They had been in a relationship since 2023 but decided to end things a few weeks ago.

Although she appeared to be putting on a brave front in pictures, I’m told she broke down in tears at a star-studded event.

A source stated: “They made such a lovely couple, so those who know them were surprised when they heard the news.

“It hasn’t been easy for them lately, and they felt it was best to be apart for now.

“Olivia was quite emotional at Lily’s party while discussing it. Her friends have rallied around her, but it's been a tough time. It’s really sad right now.”

In September, while promoting his new role in a series, British star Louis mentioned that he believed he and Olivia were “very happy” together.

He expressed that he had no problem being in her shadow at times.

On being referred to as “Mr. Olivia Rodrigo!” by many, he told Variety: “I can handle that.”

This breakup follows a significant year for Olivia, who headlined British Summer Time in London.

The split is likely to inspire much of Olivia’s upcoming album — her first since 2023's "Guts."

On the lead single "Vampire" from that album, Olivia expressed her feelings about a toxic and draining ex.

We could argue that Olivia is second only to Taylor Swift when it comes to breakup songs.

Olivia’s debut No. 1 single "Drivers License," released in 2021, revolves around the struggles of moving on after a breakup.

Previously, she has mentioned: “Sometimes being in love with someone who doesn’t love you back can feel quite degrading.”

We hope, for Louis’ sake, that the breakup wasn’t due to any wrongdoing on his part.

MOTLEY DISH DIRT

They are one of the most notorious rock bands in history, known for decades of wild partying with metal legends.

Now, they are set to share their stories on screen in a “warts and all” documentary that explores their debauchery, conflicts, and struggles with addiction.

The LA band's guitarist Nikki Sixx has revealed that the series will be based on their 2001 memoir, "The Dirt," and will feature him, Tommy Lee, and Vince Neil discussing their journey to becoming rock icons.

At the Jackson Hole International Film Festival, in collaboration with the Hamptons International Film Festival, Nikki stated: “The documentary is about Motley Crue.

“It provides an interesting perspective on our career, and people will learn a lot about us, our music, and the lyrics.

“Storytelling is very important to me.

“You will hear from the band both individually and collectively, as we have lived quite a life. It’s truly warts and all.”

I feel for the lawyer who will have to approve these episodes.

RICHES FOR RICH

The creator of "Baby Reindeer" should indulge in some extravagant gifts this Christmas – as he's a multi-millionaire.

The actor and comedian, who also starred in the Netflix series inspired by his own life, earned over £1.6 million last year.
