A MAN has been arrested after a nurse was “violently” car-jacked with a needle outside a hospital.
Police pursued the stolen car across Smethwick in West Midlands on Saturday morning.

After crashing the stolen car, officers tasered the driver and arrested him.
The pursuit was triggered after a nurse was forced to give up her car with the man brandishing a needle.
The victim was also hit by a car and said to be ‘badly injured’ from the incident.
