Kwara United technical adviser, Suleiman Ashifat has assured that his team will continue to push for their survival in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, following draw with Rangers.

The Harmony Boys were held to a goalless draw by Rangers at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos on Sunday.

Samsudeen Muhammed and Gidado Toheeb squandered chances to give Kwara United victory in the game.

Kwara United goalkeeper Suraj Ayeleso also made crucial stops to ensure the scoreline remained goalless at full time.

“We will continue to fight until we overcome the hurdles and secure our place in the league.” Ashifat told the club’s media.

Kwara United dropped to 18th position on the league table with 33 points from 30 matches.

The 2025-26 federation cup winner will lock horns with NPFL defending champions Remo Stars next in their next game.
