Kwara United technical adviser Suleiman Ashifat has expressed optimism about his team’s prospects despite the goalless draw against Shooting Stars in Ilorin.

Ashifat admitted that his players performed below expectations in the game. He assured that they will improve their midfield mobility in subsequent matches.

The Harmony Boys are without a win in their last three league matches.

“We weren’t at our best, and we could have done better,” he admitted.
“However, this is football, and we have to move forward. Our focus now is on regrouping and coming back stronger in our next game.”
