Barau FC assistant coach Eugene Agagbe has blamed a loss of concentration for his team’s defeat to Remo Stars.

The Maliya Boys suffered a 2-0 defeat to defending champions Remo Stars at the Moshood Abiola Sports Arena, Abeokuta.

Agagbe promised that his team will work hard to return to winning ways in their next game.

“Games are lost and won, we have let this match go, because we can’t reverse the incident, we are going to work hard and win our next game at home,” Agagbe told Barau FC Media.

“The players lost concentration and they were not focused in the early minutes of the game.
“The players were slow which made us concede.”

Barau FC will face Kwara United in their next league match.
