NPFL: Eguma reveals Enyimba’s target for 2025/26 season

Enyimba technical adviser, Stanley Eguma has set his sights on winning the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, title.

The People’s Elephant finished outside the top three last season and also failed to make it beyond the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.

Eguma has guided Rivers United to the title in the past and is determined to repeat same feat with Enyimba.

The veteran tactician also believes securing a place on the continent will be ideal for the Aba giants.

“Enyimba as a team have a target, and as a coach — an ambitious one at that — I equally have a target,” Eguma told the clubs media.

“And my target should be to win the league or pick a continental ticket, at worst.”

Enyimba will kick-start their 2025-26 campaign with a clash against newly promoted Barau FC.
