NON-LEAGUE team Whitehawk FC is preparing for a significant redevelopment of their stadium.
Whitehawk currently competes in the Isthmian League Premier Division and hosts matches at the McLaren Enclosed Ground.

According to the BBC , the Hawks are planning significant changes to elevate the club as they celebrate their 80th anniversary.
Initially, Whitehawk will completely reconstruct their stadium and transition to a 3G pitch.
The project will also feature a small gym, fitness clubs, a renovated clubhouse with a bar, a new event suite, and a fan zone.
The club mentioned that they will enhance the entrance, parking, and security infrastructure before installing a 3G pitch with new floodlights.
Work has already commenced on creating the fan zone, which will be named The Hawks Social.
This area will host street food vendors, local musicians, DJs, and community events.
Whitehawk joint-chairman John Summers stated: “This initiative goes beyond bricks and mortar; it’s about establishing a space that unites people, inspires the next generation, and provides essential resources to one of the UK’s most overlooked areas."
“With the active support of Brighton & Hove City Council, local businesses, and the community, this exciting project is set to establish a new benchmark for what a community club can achieve.”
The current stand on the west side of Whitehawk’s ground will be expanded, and new stands will replace the scaffolded structure behind the goals.
A covered stand will be introduced on the east side, which currently houses the dugouts and is inaccessible to fans.
The club indicated that more information regarding progress and timelines will be shared in the upcoming months.
