Duke Udi is reportedly on the verge of dumping First Bank for Sunshine Stars, DAILY POST reports.
DAILY POST reports that Udi was on the touchline for First Bank FC 2-0 win over Ekiti United in a matchday nine fixture in Lagos.
Udi is said to be the preferred candidate to take over the vacant technical adviser role at Sunshine Stars.
“With all indications the former Sunshine Stars FC coach is most likely to return to the club,” a source close to the team told DAILY POST.
Udi is expected to work alongside the interim head coach Tony Alegbe who will serve as his assistant.
Sunshine Stars will make a final decision on their new head coach before the start of the second stanza.
Udi was a popular figure during his his active with Shooting Stars.
