An 18-year-old has been detained after being arrested five hours later over the “deeply disturbing” alleged homicide.
A family spokesperson stated: “Angela was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, and aunt, and she will be greatly missed.”
Angela resided in the seaside town and authorities are appealing for anyone who was present in the Morfa area between 3 AM and 8:30 AM to reach out with any information.
DCI Andy Gibson mentioned: “The family is being supported by specially trained officers and they request that their privacy is respected during this tragic time.”
“I am appealing to anyone who was in or around the Morfa area near the fields on Friday, October 24th, between 3:00 AM and 8:30 AM.”
“Even if you think you have nothing significant to provide, it’s crucial that we identify anyone in the area during these important times.”

Police disclosed that the local man was arrested five hours later on suspicion of her murder.
