Not only are you saving a whopping £224, but the fabric is ‘buttery soft’ just like the SKIMS version.

In just 24 hours Abbie’s clip racked up 180K views and 9,600 likes after revealing where to buy a near identical pair of folded waistband jogging bottoms, even in the SKIMS signature grey marl color.

Shoppers on say they ‘can’t wait’ to head out to one of Britain’s favorite places to go Christmas shopping to get their very own dupe.

In a video titled “M&S is sooo good right now”, blonde Abbie May shares a clip of herself in with the savvy find.

Showcasing a £18 dupe of the that look very similar to the luxe £242 loungewear from Kim Kardashian’s brand, with a matching grey, long-sleeved top.

“I found these fold over leggings and matching top and it’s literally giving Adanola or SKIMS,” The 20-year-old chimed excitedly, feeling the material, “Are you joking? Wish you guys could feel the quality of these. I feel like they would be so comfy on.

“They’re cotton rich as well, hence why they feel so thick and soft and the top looks so nice and figure hugging.

“I can’t believe this is M&S! I swear I’ve seen something like this before on TikTok and they went viral – well they’re back in stock now. So I’m going to grab them before they sell out again!”

The brand has been famed for their sellout viral styles, including the iconic SKIMS designed to look like the wearer has got a serious case of ‘frostbite’ up top.

Meanwhile, comments stacked up below the popular video, with many mums praising how ‘comfy and flattering’ a foldover design is for the tummy area postpartum.

Another added: “Great for post .”

One TikTokking mum said, “My pregnant self NEEDS this set.”

Other commenters compared the M&S find to different brands such as Florence + Fred and Bershka.

“They’re so cute!!!!!!! I have a similar set from Bershka but I think I want this!!!!” said a fan of the design.

A mum pointed another great place to shop SKIMS dupes, saying, “Tesco had very similar ones to these recently that were almost identical, were in the sale recently!”

The full soft lounge set from SKIMS, including a pair of the lightly flared lounge pant costs between £72 and £242 depending on the material.

The basic priced trousers are made of modal and elastane, while the pricier version blend a mix of wool and cashmere.

Why you should always buy a dupe over designer...

says it’s time fashion snobs stopped looking down their noses at affordable versions of designer buys.

Bargain US supermarket became a social media sensation when its £60 dupe of Hermès’ Birkin bag, dubbed the Wirkin, went viral.

Influencer @styledbykristi gushed: “Eighty dollars (£60), you can pretend that you got a Birkin. I mean, everyone will probably know it’s not, because who the hell has the to spend on the real Birkin? Not me.”

Me neither. And why bother? I would never spend that on a designer bag (although if someone wants to buy one for me, that’s a different story).

Plus, if I splashed that much, I’d feel I was being ripped off…

We’ve all been told how the leading brands use the finest leather, thread, dyes and craftsmanship in the world.

But all that is inflated by fashion houses to create the desired illusion of exclusivity.

Just last year, Dior came under for paying £44 to assemble a bag that sells for £2,000.

So while you might think you are paying for top-level craftsmanship carried out by a true artisan, chances are the poorly paid workers are not seeing any of your hard-earned cash.

— not to be mistaken for knock-offs that copy everything from the logo to the inside label — are a more practical and all-round sensible way to go.

I bought my first when I was 18. It lasted me four years and only broke after I wore it in the shower.

And these days, British high streets have plenty of dupes. In the past three years, , and Mango have all seen huge spikes in sales thanks to their canny copies. They use the same viral, must-have marketing tactics that pricey brands have.

Fashion folk will tell you that you are making an investment and buying a “heritage piece” and will turn their noses up at a high street equivalent. But we’ve been wearing looks inspired by catwalk designers for decades.

If we can buy a bag that’s the spitting image of the pricier version, but doesn’t mean you have to remortgage, why not?

The loungewear label is famous for having luxe, soft material, with the plain designs focusing on comfort and body contouring.

SKIMS was launched in 2019 by entrepreneur Kim and fashion designer Jens Geade.

The designs have been created to contour the body and fit all shapes and sizes.

Folded waistband loungewear had a moment in the 90’s and 00’s , and is now popular again.

Many mums will remember when the style was first seen on celebrities such as and while others will be more familiar seeing the Kardashian crowd rocking the look.
