The repost was prompted by a fan replying to her Instagram story Q&A, asking what her ab routine was.

“I’ve honestly been working my (tiny) ass off in the gym the last few months!!!,” Maura responded to the fan in text overlapping the pic.
“It’s not been easy but this is the best I’ve felt in such a long time!!”
Maura then went on to detail some of the specifics in her workout rotation, as well as hinted about big things coming up for her in 2026.
