MARCUS RASHFORD’S girlfriend has lifted the lid on her secret health battle after sharing a picture of herself on social media.
Lucia Loi, 28, made an emotional post to her page detailing her battle with endometriosis.

She shared a picture of herself laying in bed in tears, before explaining how the condition had impacted her.
Lucia captioned her post: “This was me last night. I had my heels on, my makeup done, and I was ready to go and celebrate my friend’s birthday.
“Endometriosis had other ideas.”
Endometriosis is a health condition where cells similar to those in lining of the womb grow in other parts of the body.
Symptoms can be severe period pain that is so crippling it can stop you from doing your normal activities and heavy periods where you need to change pads or tampons every one to two hours.
Other symptoms can include pain in the pelvic area, pain when pooing or peeing, pain during or after sex and extreme tiredness.
Brave Lucia continued: “I’ve been meaning to post about this for so long, but I never really found the courage.
“Last night, though, I felt so much anger at the fact that so many women go through this while there are so few effective treatment options and the condition remains so under-researched.
“Over time I have found some things that have helped to an extent and intend to share more of that.
“I’m sending so much love to anyone living with a women’s health condition.”
Lucia, who is the childhood sweetheart of Rashford, 28, having started dating as teenagers, received support from fellow Wags.
Megan Pickford, partner of Three Lions No1 Pickford, said: “Oh my darling, such an important message.”
Anouska Santos, the partner of Rashford’s team-mate , replied: “Love you my girl x.”

According to the , it affects around one in ten women of reproductive age in the UK – an estimated 1.5 million people – and there is no cure.
Lucia is , with actress Daisy Edgar-Jones telling Vogue in a video: “I have , so my hormones are kind of all over the place.
“I had extremely bad for most of my teenage years. When I had terrible acne, it was all I could see when I looked in the mirror.”
The Twisters star added: “For so long, I had such painful and really volatile skin.
“I was diagnosed when I was, I think I was 24. I was definitely relieved to find out why I was going through it.”
Lucia has been a regular sight at England games when Rashford has been in the squad.
The couple briefly split in 2021 before the pair got engaged in May 2022 during a romantic getaway to a lavish villa.
However, they split for a second time in 2023, but reconciled last summer following Rashford’s loan transfer to .
