THIS is the astonishing moment Marco Rubio swapped diplomacy for the DJ decks – surprising guests at a family wedding.

Footage shows the Secretary of State hunched over a laptop, one ear covered by his headphones as he studies the music.

Then, as the beat drops, he loosens up – pumping his fist in time with the beat.

White House Chief of Staff Dan Scavino shared the clip on social media explaining Rubio “was in action tonight at a family wedding”.

“MOMENTS AGO, BEHIND THE SCENES,” he wrote.

“Our Great Secretary of State Marco Rubio DJs weddings too.

“Let’s goooooo!!!”

The unexpected cameo only added to Rubio’s growing reputation as the administration’s so-called “Secretary of Everything,” a nod to the multiple roles he holds.

However, the online reaction to the footage was divided.

One user wrote: “Gang of 8 Rubio dancing as 2 billion is being spent a day on a war no one voted for.

“Really sickening. What is wrong with you people!”

Another wrote: “I’m glad you’re having a great time while the masses are suffering.”

Others pointed to rising costs due the Iran war, with one remarking: “Glad you’re dancing. I’m paying $5 gas.

“What a bunch of screw ups.”

Another user posted: “We used to be a serious country.”

Others jumped to Rubio’s defence, arguing that he was simply enjoying a private moment.

“Make America Fun Again!” one wrote.

“Celebrate and live your best life!”

Others quipped: “Sec of State Rubio adds DJ to his resume.”

One fan said: “Watching Marco Rubio DJing at a wedding just made my night.

“To say he’s a man of many talents is the ultimate understatement.”

The viral moment adds to Rubio’s growing profile as he continues to gain influence within the administration.

The 54-year-old is increasingly seen as a potential successor to Donald Trump in 2028.

Rubio has also drawn praise for his role in shaping US strategy in Venezuela and across Latin America.
