MARC GUEHI aimed a jab at Chelsea during his emotional farewell video to Crystal Palace fans.

But between the ‘thank yous’ and well-wishes of his emotional goodbye, he found room for a cheeky comment aimed at fans of the club he joined from in July 2021.
He said: “When I got transferred to the club and played my first game against [in August 2021], we lost 3-0.
“It wasn’t a great day, but there was only one fanbase singing that day, knowing full well what the score was, knowing full well what the result was.
“Palace were there, supporting each and every one of us from the first minute to the last minute.
“That is a testament to the club, is a testament to the fans and what they’re about.
“Literally, through thick and thin, they’re there for you – and I think that is an incredible memory that will stick by me for the rest of my life.”
Guehi came through the academy system at Chelsea, spending 13 years with them after signing at the age of six.
He made just two professional appearances for the club, with both coming in the in the 2019-20 season.

He left on loan to Swansea in the for the second half of that campaign, where he impressed enough to earn himself another spell with the club the following season.
His performances for the Welsh outfit drummed up interest from Palace, who brought him in for a fee of £18million ahead of the 2021-22 season.
But now it seems that despite his lengthy spell with the Blues, Guehi is not afraid to rile his former club up.
Fans on social media were not pleased with the comments, with one saying: “Lol he really hates us.”
Another unimpressed fan stated: “Hopefully gets booed when city come to the bridge. Need us to dunk on city when he’s playing.”
While a third joked: “You’ve joined city mate. They sing less than us.”
City announced the deal alongside a video in which Guehi says: “There’s been some talk and a lot of noise.
“But when asked if I want to come to City, there was only one answer.
“I know what winning feels like, and I won’t stop until I get that same feeling.
“A lot has been said but I’ll let my football do the talking.”
He also added in a statement that: “This move feels like the culmination of all the hard work I have put into my career.
“I am now at the best club in England and part of an unbelievable squad of players. It feels good to be able to say that.”
The Lewisham-raised star will , making him second only to in terms of wages in the City squad.
But while Guehi soaks in his new opportunity, Palace will have to navigate the rest of the season without one of their most important players.
The defender made a total of 188 appearances for the South Londoners and was named club captain ahead of the 2024-25 season.
