JADON SANCHO hailed fellow Manchester United flop Antony as his “brother” while celebrating the Brazilian’s latest strike.
Both and were shipped off on deadline day by the after being axed by Ruben Amorim.


Sancho was packed off on loan to , where he will likely see out the rest of his £300,000-a-week contract before quitting on a free transfer next summer.
As for Antony, he made a dramatic return to Real Betis after spending part of last season there on loan.
The winger was determined to force through a move and even began living at a hotel next to Manchester Airport.
Antony netted five times for Betis last term but was yet to open his account in two games this season.
However, that changed when he scored an 85th-minute equaliser in Wednesday’s Europa League clash with Nottingham Forest.

The former Chelsea loanee posted a snip on Instagram showing him enjoying Antony’s celebration.
And Sancho revealed their close bond, sure to have been made even tighter by their time together in United’s ‘bomb squad’, by referring to Antony as “hermano” — which is Spanish for “brother.”
Antony revelled in the praise from Sancho as he responded.


The Brazilian joked “right foot” in reference to his weaker side.
And he also tagged in Tyrell Malacia, who failed to get a move away from United and is also expected to quit when his contract runs out in 2026.
The Dutchman saw a loan move to Elche collapse on deadline day.
And he is now training away from team-mates at Carrington.
