A MAKE-UP whizz has shared the “mother of all under eye hacks” which gets rid of dark circles, doesn’t crease and stays in place all day long.

Jenn Ash took to TikTok to post a video explaining the “phenomenal” make-up which she’d seen another creator talking about on social media.

“If you’re like me and you struggle with a dry under eye, especially when you wear , you have got to keep watching,” she said.

“I’ve had this make-up on since 8am, it is 5pm and my under eye does not look dry and crusty. It looks really good.

“So keep watching, please!”

She explained that the first step is to use an – any one works although she used a Charlotte Tilbury option – and apply it liberally under the eye.

“I am not going to rub it in. I’m just going to kind of smear it over where I have my problem, like through the day, right through here, gets very dry and all of my texture and wrinkles start showing through,” Jenn added.

She then let the cream “sit” and sink into her skin while she did the rest of her make-up.

“You can see this eye completely soaked in,” Jenn said.

“That still has a little bit left but now my under eye is prepped and ready for a day of wearing make-up where it will not look cracked or cakey.”

Jenn then returned to the video hours later, to show how the make-up had stayed in place.

“There’s no creasing,” she said.

“Here is the update with no filter… I’m telling you this hack is everything.

“It’s 2.22pm. I did my make-up at like 8am. You have to try it!”

As you can use any eye cream for the hack, it won’t break the bank either – with a £1.69 Face Facts Ceramide Eye Cream a good option on .

“The mother of under eye hacks!! If your make-up gets dry and crusty through the day, this hack is FOR YOU!!!” Jenn captioned the video on TikTok.

“So just leave the moisturiser under your eye?” one person questioned in the comments.

“Yep! Your skin drinks it up! It’s wild!” Jenn replied.

3 tips to age backwards

You can't really get younger but you can try your best to look younger.

Use sun protection

The most common cause of an ageing face is sun exposure and sun damage.

Using SPF daily is the most effective way to keep the skin looking young and care for ageing skin.

Ditch dramatic makeup

Opt for brown eyeliners and mascaras instead of black, swap matte bronzers, blushers and face powders for creamy products, and make your face glow with shimmery bronzes, pinks and gold eyeshadows.

Dress for your body shape

Many women tend to hide behind baggy, shapeless clothes as they get older.

But the secret to looking young and trendy, is to embrace the body shape you have.

Midi skirts are all the rage at the moment, offering suitable coverage for anyone who doesn’t want to show too much leg or knee. And pleated midi skirts are great if you’re looking for a versatile day to night piece.

Blazers never go out of fashion, and can instantly elevate any outfit. Just make sure the blazer length hits you at the right point.

Jeans have had a revival and there are so many different styles on the high street for you to try. If in doubt, opt for a mid-blue colour and a trusty black.

“Omg I saw that same video and I been doing with the moisturiser under the eye!!!!” another wrote.

“It’s such a great tip!”

“Love this tip! I’m def trying it asap,” a third commented.
