Traffic monitoring service Inrix reports: “The M25 clockwise exit slip road is closed, with queueing traffic due to the accident before Junction 27 M11.
“Congestion extends to Junction 26 (Waltham Abbey), and onlookers across the way are contributing to delays back past Junction 29 (Romford).”
