But , 30, shared a recent update and said she’d been having – spending her evenings with her “head in the toilet”.

And now the mum-to-be has divided fans as she admitted that she “hates” being pregnant.

She shared a post of herself looking tearful and wrote: “I’m about to enter my third trimester and I hate being pregnant.

“I don’t feel like myself anymore.

“I’m struggling to hold onto any kind of personal style, in a body that keeps changing.

“Clothes have become a source of anxiety. Shops don’t stock maternity ranges. Nothing fits properly. Nothing feels like me.”

Sharon went onto say that she’s struggling with her appearance more than ever.

“My face doesn’t look of feel like mine. From the swelling. From the weight gain,” the influencer shared.

“My self-care routines that used to help me feel good? Most of them aren’t pregnancy safe, so I had to stop.

“Exercise used to be how I managed my mental health and stress.

“I trying to find pregnancy safe alternatives, has been hard, but it’s not the same and I don’t get that same release.

“My relationship with food isn’t the same anymore. I feel like I’m survival eating, just trying to get through the day without feeling sick.

“I can’t eat the things I used to enjoy and food used to make me happy.”

Sharon said she’s been met with people shaming her into feeling the way she does.

She continued: “When I’ve tried to talk about it, the response I’ve had ‘at least you can get pregnant’, ‘you should be grateful’, ‘this is the easy part’, ‘your baby is healthy, that’s all that matters’.

“That last one frustrates me.

“It’s as if being pregnant means I stop being a person, like my physical and mental health suddenly matter less.

“Two things can be true at once. I can feel grateful and still find this hard.

“It’s not the first and I won’t be the last to feel this way.

“Pregnancy is hard, every feeling that comes with it is valid.

“It doesn’t make me a bad person. And it doesn’t mean I’ll be a bad parent.”

Sharon also insisted that she shouldn’t be judged for having these emotions.

She captioned the post: “Is it a hot take to say that I hate being pregnant? Or is it because it’s something we aren’t supposed to say out loud?

“Everywhere I look, people are talking about how much they love being pregnant, and if you say otherwise people think that you’re ungrateful or a bad parent.

“This sh*t is hard. All feelings should be valid.”

Despite receiving some criticism lately, Sharon was flooded with support from her followers.

One wrote: “Very normal… I’m 10 weeks pp it gets better!!! You got this!”

A second posted: “These feelings are so valid. I felt them all, felt like I must be dramatising everything because everyone else seemed to be having the time of their lives.”

Another added: “Hated being pregnant as well. Too many restrictions on what you can and cannot do, hormones are crazy, clothes don’t fit… not as agile on your feet. Not to mention the unsolicited advice… You’re not alone darling.”

Last month, Sharon revealed she was suffering with pregnancy-related sickness.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Sharon shared a close up of her face and wrote alongside it: “I thought ‘morning sickness’ was meant to be over after the first trimester, so why have I spent my evening with my head in the toilet?”

In December, Sharon revealed: “When I thought I was going to be spending my 30th birthday weekend with my head in a toilet…this isn’t quite what I had in mind!

“Baby Gaffka-Torbitt is on their way.”

She shared a slew of professionally-taken photos to announce the news.

The first photo saw her and her fiance reading from a newspaper which had the scan on the front page.

“Due July 2026,” the headline read on the front page above the scan.

In December, Sharon and fellow political activist Matthew revealed they were engaged.

The couple stood in front of the snowy and she wiped away tears, as he joked in the clip: “You’re going to ruin the photos!”
