LORRAINE Kelly lifted the lid on how her and her husband, Steven Smith, keep things spicy after 33 years of marriage.

The has her own eponymous morning chat show, during which her long-time hubby loves to shoot her raunchy texts while she’s live on air.

Lorraine and her TV cameraman met in the 1980s and are parents to daughter Rosie, 30.

The TV star credited maintaining humour and the fact they still “fancy” each other as key to their enduring relationship.

“That’s important too, all that malarkey. It’s not the main thing, but it’s important,” Lorraine told The Mirror.

“The thing he does do, on the rare occasions I might wear something a little lower cut than normal on my show, he sends me a wee text to say, ‘Nice boobies!’ So he appreciates that.”

While Lorraine tends to keep many details about her private life under wraps, she did recently admit that regularly helps her check her boobs for any signs of breast cancer.

Lorraine appeared on Loose Women last month to promote the , which encourages people to ‘‘ and find their ‘normal’ so that they can be quick to find any abnormalities in their boobs and get checked at their doctors.

“Don’t just check your boobs once a year, that’s daft,” Lorraine said.

“Once a month, every two weeks, it’s really up to you.

“It’s about your normal though. Some women have got .”

She then added: “It’s whatever suits you. For me I do it once a month.”

Following this, she admitted: “But my checks my boobies quite regularly.”

In response, Loose Women panellist Coleen Nolan gasped and said to the live audience: “She’s just showing off!”

After being married for 33 years, Lorraine replied: “He knows them better than me, Coleen. He knows… everything.”

Clearly stunned, Coleen then asked: “Oh is he good at that? I might pop round!”

Meanwhile, an intrigued Mariella questioned: “Is it part of or is it clinical?”

, Lorraine answered: “Sometimes it can be… He’s very selfless.”

Equally as gobsmacked, a shocked Kaye chimed in: “I’ve never heard you speak like this before!”

Keen to highlight the importance of the conversation around , Lorraine told her: “Anything that gets the message across! Anything at all.”
