Lorna Luxe Breaks Silence Following Husband John's Passing, Shares Details of His 'Beautiful' Funeral

POPULAR fashion influencer Lorna Luxe has spoken for the first time since her husband John’s death.

Taking to today, the social media sensation revealed that ‘s “beautiful” funeral has already taken place.

The star revealed her partner and has now opened up about the send off she and his loved ones gave him.

Speaking to the camera in her first recorded social media video since his passing, Lorna began by saying: “Hiya, how you doing?

“I haven’t spoken to you in so, so long. I was looking back through my archive, I think it was the end of Jan,” she went on.

, but this is the first time she spoke to fans via a video message.

She went on to explain how she had received so many sweet messages from fans, but wanted to do a video to update everyone because she missed them all so much.

“We had John’s funeral yesterday and it was beautiful,” she revealed.

“It really was beautiful. And people that I’d not seen in a very long time turned up.

“I knew we’d have a good turn out because people loved John. He was very loved,” she added.

Lorna then said: “I was like ‘wow’ all of these people rocked up, and we’re in the midlands.”

She added: “I was just really touched by that, and yeah, it was a good day. It was good to chat about him and celebrate him.

“We had a humanist celebration,” Lorna revealed, before saying how the lady that did it “captured him in such a way it was almost like she knew him”.

Lorna then thanked her fans for the lovely messages before signing off.

Lorna’s late husband John was initially diagnosed with stage three cancer, but it developed to stage four while he was undergoing treatment.

Lorna kept her followers updated throughout his journey, and they supported her when he went into remission in November 2023.

But his cancer returned in May 2024, spreading to his brain.

Tragically, just before , he was rushed back to hospital with organ failure, following a complication with his chemotherapy treatment.

Lorna was advised to prepare for the worst but John defied the odds and was able to recover and spend Christmas at home.

The Instagram influencer has previously spoken out about facing widowhood in her 40s.

John who was 21 years Lorna’s senior was introduced to her through mutual friends in a bar in when she was 25 and he was 46.
