SINGER Jesy Nelson has shared a brand new snap of her twins after revealing the heartbreaking news of their SMA diagnosis.

The former performer took to her to share a snap of the babies as she took them for a “winter walk”.

Jesy has been inundated with support over the past two weeks after bravely speaking out on the medical condition affecting her two children, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe.

In the new image, both of her kids, whom she shares with partner Zion Foster, could be seen tucked up in their prams as Jesy got them out and about in the fresh air.

Jesy captioned the snap: “Winter walks.”

The girls could be seen with what appeared to be a nasogenetic tube through their nose.

Babies are often provided with this feeding tube when they are unable to digest orally.

Jesy bravely as she lifted the lid on details surrounding her children.

In an emotional video, Jesy confirmed they were suffering .

The tots have the most severe form of a and may never be able to walk.

Only around 50 children in the UK are born with the condition a year.

The Shout Out To My Ex vocalist told how the babies had now been diagnosed with a condition called SMA Type 1, or Werdnig-Hoffmann disease, the most severe form of .

The lifelong disabling condition causes dramatic muscle weakness with severe breathing and swallowing issues and is commonly fatal without radical treatment.

Tearful Jesy said: “If it’s not treated in time, your baby’s life expectancy will not make it past the age of two.”
