Ligue 1: Simon opens season goal account in Paris FC loss to Marseille

Moses Simon scored his first goal for Paris FC, but it was not enough to prevent the modest side from suffering a 5-2 defeat against Olympique Marseille.

Marseille struck twice in the opening 24 minutes through Mason Greenwood and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Ilan Kebbal reduced the deficit for Paris FC in the 28th minute.

Simon equalised for the visitors two minutes before the hour mark.

Aubameyang, Emile Højbjerg and Robinio Vaz scored the other goals for Marseille.

Simon joined Paris FC from Nantes earlier in the summer.

The winger made his debut for Paris FC against Angers last weekend.
