JTBC’s “The Nice Guy” has released a sneak peek of a heart-fluttering moment between Lee Dong Wook and Lee Sung Kyung !
“The Nice Guy” is a new noir romance drama starring Lee Dong Wook as Park Seok Chul, the eldest son of a gangster family who has an unexpectedly pure heart, and Lee Sung Kyung as his first love Kang Mi Young, a woman who dreams of becoming a singer.

In the previous episode, the tangled relationships between Park Seok Chul, Kang Mi Young, and Kang Tae Hoon ( Park Hoon ) grew even more complicated. As Seok Chul and Mi Young found comfort in each other and grew closer, Tae Hoon’s desire for Mi Young intensified. After learning that Mi Young was Seok Chul’s lover, Tae Hoon warned, “If you keep acting like this, I’ll take my anger out on Seok Chul,” leaving viewers eager to see what happens next.
The newly released photos capture the deepening romance between Seok Chul and Mi Young amid the chaos. Their tender eye contact at day’s end hints at a growing affection, while Seok Chul’s comforting embrace shows he’s a steadfast support for Mi Young.
Their romantic mood continues with a sweet home date, where, bathed in warm sunlight, they lean in close as if about to share a kiss.
But the mood takes a sharp turn in the next photos, which reveal a tense confrontation between Seok Chul, Mi Young, and Tae Hoon. Tae Hoon’s obsession with Mi Young pulls him into this dangerous love triangle, and Seok Chul’s sharp, alert expression hints at the intensity of the unexpected encounter. As Mi Young tries to calm Seok Chul, her conflicted emotions are clear. With gang tensions running high and a complicated history between Seok Chul and Tae Hoon, this meeting could spark major ripples.
The production team shared, “Starting from the next episode, the unpredictable love triangle involving Kang Tae Hoon will fully unfold, adding tension to the romance.”
