Lauren, who co-hosts Radio 1’s Life Hacks and The Official Chart: First Look on with Shanequa Paris, was all smiles as she cradled her baby boy in the sunshine.
The radio star looked stylish in a gingham vest top, while her husband Luke kept it casual in a plain grey t-shirt.
In the social media post, Lauren revealed their child’s name, and also opened up about what life has been like as a new mum.
Lauren captioned the post: “KIT BEDDOWS.

“Baby Kit arrived a couple weeks ago (born raving to Fatboy Slim) and after saying we’d NEVER have kids…it was absolute love at first sight. He is the sweetest thing.
“He’s actually SO adorbs, I did debate whether the IVF clinic got our embryos mixed up and we’ve ended up with the child of a much more good-looking couple, y’know the kind of story you’d see on the front cover of ‘Take A Break’ magazine?
“Anyway, I’m keeping him because I’m OBSSSSED.
“I feel like I have a million things to say about , about choosing (or choosing not) to have children, about IVF, about the career-parenthood paradox…
“I’ll try and get round to that when my brain’s working again. But for now I’m just embarrassingly grateful for Luke who is THE funnest person to do this with. For amazing, clever doctors.
“For the people who look after my work for being so supportive while I take a little break for the first time since I was 21(!?!).
“And for the friends, family and neighbours who have filled our house with cards and flowers and gifts and vouchers and said the words “let us know if you need anything.”
“(Also grateful for champagne, that first glass absolutely banged.)
“LUCKY.”
Just weeks before Lauren wowed in a stunning yellow mini dress.
She styled the look with some white court shoe kitten heels, a pearl bag and some sunglasses.
“Is this the perfect third trimester dress? BRODERIE. MINI. PUFFY. Thanks @asos,” she captioned the post.
“A disgusting lack of photos from @wrightstuff24 & @natharrad’s wedding, bearing in mind it was the most beaut venue with baby farm animals).”
Lauren announced her pregnancy back in March.
Uploading a post of her in a chic floral dress that shows off her blossoming bump, Lauren wrote: “Guys, in what’s been called “a very off-brand” move from us…we’re having an actual baby!
“After almost 20 years(!) together, little IVF baby Beddows arrives to ruin our lives in June,” she said.
“(Honestly there’s been SO MUCH going on I need to tell you about).”
Lauren’s caption revealed that their upcoming arrival was conceived via IVF, though didn’t share further details of her journey.
The new mum has had an incredibly successful career over the years.
She presented CBBC between 2014 and 2020.
Lauren has also presented Whoops I Missed the Bus, The Dengineers and All Over the Place.
The star moved over to radio in 2018 as a cover for the weekend, but then moved on to Capital FM’s Capital Early Breakfast Show until 2023.
Lauren joined in 2024.
