Speaking on the Andrew Gold podcast, Katie said: “What I worry about is Harvey having a heart attack, his obesity.

“He weighs just under 30st.
“I’ve tried going private with him to start him on Mounjaro, but because of his medical… it’s easy for me to just give it but because of his other medicication, you have to have all the team tick it off.
“It’s getting to a point now, where he doesn’t want to walk anywhere, he gets out of breathe and sweats and they have said he is at high risk of having a heart attack.
“You try to [force him to walk] but he literally breaks into a sweat.
“I bath him twice a day and it breaks my heart seeing him get in and out of the bath because he’s so big and heavy.
“He goes ‘my I’m like a humpback whale’, and I’m like ‘no you’re not Harv, I love you’.”
The host then asked Katie if Harvey ever gets upset when he makes those comments about himself.
Katie replied: “No. He says he’s got Santa’s belly, he’s all about Christmas now.
“It’s funny, if he sees someone with a big belly, he goes ‘you’re a fat pepper pig’, randomly in the shops.
“He just comes out with it and I go ‘Harv, you mustn’t say that’ and he goes ‘sorry, d***head’, and I’m like ‘Harv, you mustn’t call them a d***head’.”
Katie went on to explain how her perceived glamorous lifestyle is far from that behind closed doors.
She shared: “He’s 24 and he’s a baby, he doesn’t know about hygiene, he’s on medication four times a day and he’ll die if he doesn’t have it.
“I have to bath him or wash him because he doesn’t understand. When I go to the toilet I have to wipe his bum, he wets the bed, he’s a baby in a man’s body.”

Katie said: “I’ve been on the case to doctors about putting him on the Mounjaro.
“I’m actually going to put some up on Instagram to say, is there any private doctors out there because the NHS are so – I’m not slagging the NHS off, but they know he’s in the obese category.
“When he sleeps, I worry because he’s snoring and wheezing.
“Then sometimes he holds his breath and I’m like, he’s massive.
“He’s just getting bigger and he’ll end up dying of a heart attack.
“They’ve already told me years ago that if you don’t lose weight, he’s prone to a heart attack.”
