COMEDIAN Katherine Ryan has revealed details of a distressing robbery where she witnessed her husband in a fight with a knifed burglar.

Speaking on her podcast What’s My Age Again?, The Duchess star reminisced with Bobby about the
She shared the video clip captioned: “All Bobby wanted was a clean shirt but found a burglar instead.”
went on: “I want to talk to you about the burglary, because I have told this story before. I think it is very traumatic.
“I know that you couldn’t sleep for about a week. We were home in our new house…”
Bobby continued: “It was so eerie, because it was just me and you. We were making pasta, having some red wine and I spilled some pasta sauce on my shirt.
“I’m like, Oh, I’m gonna go change my shirt. So I go upstairs into my room and I see cufflinks out on the bed and some weird items that I’ve never even taken out of the drawer ever.
“So I grab a shirt, walk out of the room, and I come face to face with this masked man.
“First words are, what the f*** and I took after him.”
He explained: “He had your laptop in his arms I saw, so I chased him out the window.
“We had this like kind of landing and he jumped down, went to the neighbour’s garden so I saw where he went and then I heard some bushes rumbling.
“So I saw the fence and I tucked down behind these bushes and he jumped over and I just tackled him, knocked the laptop out and then we got into a fight.
“It seemed like it lasted a long time, but it was probably a minute long.
“And then he went to pull up his waistband. I don’t know if there was a knife or not, and that’s when I backed off the fight because I had tackled him.”
Katherine added: “Well, he was saying, I’m gonna f****** kill you.”
Bobby added: “But then the knife kind of came out, and I’m like, whoa, whoa, whoa, and then we ended up on the street, and randomly, a cop was driving along, I was pointing at the guy, like, this guy, this guy.
“So the cop chased after him in the car down this little laneway and I gave up my pursuit.”
