, who recently , today shared an video with fans, where she talked about a special machine that she is using.
Standing next to an expensive hyperbaric oxygen chamber, the former star said: “So I had surgery two months ago and it’s important to me that I heal really fast.
“So if you’re having surgery and you need some post-surgery care, I highly recommend this.
“I’m not being paid to do this. This has been so beneficial to me and I rent this and I keep it at the bottom of my bed..”

Showing off the high tech machine, she said: “It’s from Oxidize. It’s a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
“And when I’ve got time, which is not a lot, I just pop it on here, press start, put your mask on, and you lie down into it, zip yourself up.”
Explaining how the chamber worked, Josie told fans: The chamber inflates with pure oxygen at high pressure.
“This then goes into your body and it speeds up wound healing and it reduces inflammation, which has been brilliant for my lymphatic system, which has helped my lipoedema.”

The hyperbaric oxygen chamber comes with a hefty price tag, as they range from £9K to £40K, depending on which brand you go for.

Chatting on with and , Josie explained in January: “All I can tell you is what I’ve been told.
“I’ve been to see a lot of experts… I’ve been to Berlin to see one, I’ve seen three in London. And basically they said it’s when your body holds onto fat differently.
“I said, ‘I train, I don’t feel like I overeat, I’m fit and healthy’. They said, ‘you can train seven days a week – you won’t get rid of lipedema fat like that’.”
Over the past year, , and she has said it’s all due to doing the 1970s diet.
This is a regime that sees people focus on smaller portions and more filling, less-processed foods, which were typical of 70s living.
