JON JONES didn’t take long to take aim at Tom Aspinall following the Brit’s anti-climactic UFC 321 showdown with Ciryl Gane.

But his reign as undisputed king of the heavyweights kicked off with an unwanted no-contest due to a from Gane.
Aspinall, 32, was elevated from interim to undisputed champion following ‘ short-lived retirement from in June.
Jones was quick to take to X in the aftermath of the fight, as many expected him to.
The former pound-for-pound king didn’t mention Aspinall by name as he trolled him.
He instead did so by changing his X profile picture to an image of a duck wearing a belt.
The duck, however, was wearing an eye-patch, which was a clear reference to Aspinall’s optical injury.
The image of a duck itself was a reference to Aspinall’s claim that Jones ducked a historic unification bout.
Jones then went on to double down on his desire to throw down with in a super fight at the UFC’s proposed card next year.

He wrote: “Alex, I’d be down to bring the highest skill level to the White House. I appreciate the respect you showed. Let’s dance.”
Aspinall cut a dejected figure after referee Jason Herzog waved off the contest.
And he fumed in his post-fight interview with , saying: “I’ve just got f***ing knuckle deep in the eye ball.”
“What the f**k? Why are you booing? What am I supposed to do about it?
“I didn’t do the f***ing poke. I can’t see. The fight was just getting going. Complete bulls**t. I’m p***ed off. I can hardly open my eye.
“Look, look. Look at this, look at this. F***ing double poke. Both eyeballs. Yeah, it was double. It was double.”
