JEREMY Clarkson’s partner Lisa Hogan has posted a sweet video of the Clarkson’s Farm star after he revealed he’s in remission from cancer.

, left fans shocked by in the penultimate episode of series five of , which was filmed in June last year and aired earlier this month.

Thankfully, a few days later, revealing he is now in remission.

It means Jeremy and his Clarkson’s Farm co-stars can carry on filming series six of the hit show, and enjoy the Oxfordshire countryside during the sunny, summer days.

Jeremy’s partner Lisa, 51, shared a video of Jeremy out walking their dogs Sansa, Arya and Margaery to her Instagram on Sunday, accompanied by the Kate Bush song, Running Up That Hill.

Lisa walked behind Jeremy as he headed up a grassy hill with their canines, as two ran ahead while sought Jeremy’s attention.

The TV host wore jeans and a grey T-shirt as he carried one of his big cameras around his neck, ready to take snaps from the outing.

Fans were glad to see Jeremy looking so fit and well, with one writing in the comments: “Love seeing him out and about after that scare. I’m going to get checked out in a few days. Jeremy, May and Hamster are my hero’s and made me love cars even more.”

Another added: “Great to see @jeremyclarkson1 recovering well, this man has absolutely no idea just how much he has helped me deal with, and get through with my life’s downs and challenges over the years, eternally grateful for this national treasure x.”

A third commented: “Jeremy is looking great. I can relate, though, because sometimes it takes a medical emergency to realise that you’re not doing your bod any favours and you have to change.”

Now, he’s urging others to get themselves checked, and has met up with former prime minister Lord to discuss their diagnoses with other famous faces.

In an interview with The Times , Jeremy said: “I have to say to everybody who’s reading this, please, please, please go and get checked.

“It’s not uncomfortable, it’s not undignified. And it’s a no-brainer.

“I did, and that’s why I’m sitting here talking to you 11 months down the line. I’ve seen so many people die of cancer.”

In a follow-up PSA test two months ago, Jeremy was told his cancer is in remission, but he still needs regular blood tests and monitoring as up to 40 per cent of those who have prostate cancer will get it again.

But the star says he’s trying to stay positive and hopes to be in the 60 per cent who don’t have a recurrence.

He added that catching the cancer early has meant he’s cheated death and made him “the world’s luckiest man”.
