The publication stated she has and Jennifer spoke about her desire to look put-together while raising her children.

She explained: “I want to be a sexy mum.

“At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her s–t together even when I’ve just woken up and don’t have my s–t together.”

It isn’t the first time Jennifer has spoken candidly about heading to the plastic surgeon after pregnancies altered her silhouette.

Jennifer told The New Yorker in 2025: “Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one.

“Second one, nothing bounced back.”

When previously asked if she would get her breasts done if she wasn’t in the Hollywood spotlight, she added: “Maybe I wouldn’t be hustling to the appointment in the same way. But I think yes.”

The Hunger Games actress had the boob job before filming for a role that she had to strip off for.

The role she took her clothes off for was Martin Scorsese’s What Happens at Night, which has now finished filming.

Oscar-winning Jennifer, who is often praised for her honest views, has previously been

The actress admitted she “can’t really get very much done” because, as she put it, “I need to have movement in my face.”

She told Vogue: “I get baby Botox, but I can’t do a lot. If my skin is going to be a little saggier than I would like, at least it looks dewy and pretty.”

She flatly denied getting dermal fillers because they become obvious on camera, but teased that a facelift is on the horizon.

When asked if she had already undergone the procedure, she shared: “No. But, believe me, I’m gonna.”

She has also resisted the viral trend of buccal fat removal – where pads of fat are carved out from the hollows of the cheeks – due to fear of public scrutiny.

The actress shared: “I would love to have a buccal fat removal.

“I can’t because everybody would know, but just know that I want that.”

When it comes to beauty, Jennifer does “believe in facials” and admitted to putting nappy cream on her face at night.

However, some fans have speculated if has had her recognisable hooded eyes tweaked with an upper blepharoplasty.

Blepharoplasty, commonly referred to as eyelid surgery, is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the eyelids, and is typically done for cosmetic reasons, but it can also have functional benefits in cases where excess skin obstructs vision.

While Jennifer has never confirmed touching her eyes, stunned fans rushed to X (formerly Twitter) to debate whether her most distinctive trait has been wiped away.

One fan wrote: “Whaaatttt diiiid sheee dooooo?! Her hooded eyes made her..𝗛𝗘𝗥.. her look was unique because of this.”

Another added: “Wow. I honestly thought that was two different people. Why did she do this?? She was absolutely stunning the way she was!!”

Omar Tillo , plastic surgeon at CREO Clinic , speculated: “Looking at photos side to side, I’d say it’s very likely.

“Her eyes do look a little more open than they used to, and you can see more of her upper eyelids now. That can sometimes be a sign of an upper blepharoplasty.

“That said, I wouldn’t confidently say she’s had the procedure based on photographs alone. Eyebrow positioning, makeup, lighting and the natural changes that happen to our faces as we age can all affect how the upper eyelids look.”

It wouldn’t be the first time a celebrity has tweaked their appearance and surprised fans.

Towie’s left fans doing a double take as he showed off his “completely different” face, and some claim actress has a “whole new face” after having rumoured eyelid surgery.

Megan Dooley, Head of Brand at TAL Agency , spoke about the pressure of people in the public eye, particularly mothers, when it comes to surgery.

She shared: “The pressure is real, and it only gets more relentless for women as they age. “Men become distinguished silver foxes, whereas women get dissected.

“Many celebrities feel like they need to stay frozen at 30, which is how you end up with a generation of faces that look like they’ve come from the same template: smoother, tighter and eerily similar.

“The very thing that made them memorable gets quietly sanded away.”

She added that Jennifer Grey is “unfortunately a cautionary tale of this.”

Megan explained: “She changed her nose, and the industry stopped recognising her. Her face was her calling card.

“There’s a similar conversation happening around upper eyelid surgery, which has become hugely popular as we move towards the end of 2026.

“We have no idea whether Jennifer has had it, and I’d be wary of anyone claiming to know for sure from a photo.

“But the debate shows how people feel: this kind of procedure can refresh a face, yet it can also change someone’s expression so much that fans struggle to recognise them, or even impacts their ability to do their job.

“Any kind of body enhancement is always a personal choice, and nobody should be shamed for it.

“But the more uniform our idea of ‘perfect’ gets, the more distinctive, imperfect faces end up being the ones we remember.”

Jennifer will soon return as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.

She will also appear alongside in the gothic supernatural film What Happens at Night, which is expected to premiere in 2027.
