POLICE have issued an appeal for information following an incident of indecent exposure that occurred during rush hour on a busy road.
A man in his mid to late 30s was observed exposing himself to traffic with his trousers around his ankles at approximately 9:30 AM on December 18.
The man was seen exposing himself on Deer Park Road in Witney, Oxfordshire.
The incident took place on the side of Deer Park Road in Witney.
The offender is described as white, unshaven, with short fair hair and an average build.
Police are encouraging any witnesses to come forward with information.
Investigating officer PC Thomas Davys stated: “This incident occurred in the morning on a busy stretch of road.
“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this individual to please contact Thames Valley.
“If you were driving in the area and have dash-cam footage, I kindly ask you to review it and reach out to us if it has recorded the incident.”
