When was tight, Natalee got a job at , but quickly realised she couldn’t actually start as she didn’t have enough money to travel there.
Since turning her life around, Natalee is now on a mission to help others do the same.
Posting online, the opened up on how she used social media to , leaving many gobsmacked.
The businesswoman, who has since been able to buy a five-bedroom in thanks to her , said: “I have been a full-time and content creator for about seven years now and I’ve made over £500,000 via social media, and this year, 2026, I’m gonna dedicate my year to how to make money online, how to grow online and .”
Natalee then added: “All the content I see on is from a lot of people who have analysed how to grow online or how to make money but haven’t actually done it themselves, but I am living proof.
“I literally went from having £2.50 in my account in to now living in a five bed, three bathroom house in London and I’m gonna teach you guys how to do the same.”
Reflecting on her past when , the mother explained: “I distinctly remember having no money in university – I remember applying for a job at Sports Direct in Croydon and I got the job but I couldn’t accept the job because I realised I didn’t even have the money to pay for travel to get down to London from and go to my job.
“It was in that moment that I thought, Natalee, you need to do something, you have to make money, and that’s when I went all in with content creation.”
The , who now owns her own , The Girl Spot, started her content creation journey back in 2018 when she started exercising.
She wanted to “gain weight healthily” and grew her social media following by posting gym videos.
Natalee was able to grow her channel to 200,000 subscribers and “immediately thought to create merchandise.”
She then made resistance bands and sold around 1,000 units at £19.99 each.
She also began selling workout guides, which generated £152,000 with over 9,000 women purchasing.
As well as this, Natalee continued growing as a and “worked with almost every fitness brand.”

Not only did she do photoshoots, but she also did brand and social media content, all of which were paid.
On top of this, she hosted her own fitness event at the Gymshark Lifting Club and “built authority” in her niche.
She even went to and and was paid to speak on panels.
Throughout her , she continued working with brands and made over £300,000 in brand deals and sponsorships through her fitness videos.
Since then, she has invested £90,000 into her physical – her female-only gym – and is “thankful” she “took the leap with social media.”
She recognised that being successful online took “a lot of strategy, positioning and systems.”
The influencer, who is now teaching others how to do the same, explained: “I’ve now grown from 0 to 2.5 million followers, I’ve generated a lot of money online, I’ve probably done about 200 million views this year alone via my content.”
