Harry Kane has won the first-ever trophy of his career after Bayern Munich were confirmed Bundesliga champions on Sunday.
Reigning champions Bayer Leverkusen had to beat Freiburg in order to keep their slim title hopes alive.
But Xabi Alonso’s side were held to a disappointing 2-2 draw.
Kane and his Bayern teammates had gathered to watch the game at a local bar, having missed the chance to seal the league title dramatically on Saturday.
Vincent Kompany’s side were trailing 2-0 at RB Leipzig before staging a comeback in the second half to lead 3-2.
However, they conceded a late goal, converted by Poulsen, and their wait to be crowned champions was extended for one more day.
But even after Bayern dropped points, Leverkusen still had to win their final three games while hoping for two Bayern defeats and a 30-goal swing.
