Now the specific moment little Kixee Johnson arrived in the world has been captured in scenes on the reality series finale.
It showed her partner , 29, with whom she already shares Rox, five, and Oax, two, in theatre preparing for Marnie’s C-Section.
He told the camera: “I always feel like at this kind of moment that I feel a bit useless, I feel like a spare part.
“You know there’s doctors going everywhere, people are injecting Marnie with stuff, and I just feel like the only thing I can do is be there for Marnie emotionally.
“So I’m by her side and holding her hand, and lets get through this”.
A machine could be heard bleeping as Marnie, lying on a hospital bed, was wheeled into the ward.
She was heard saying “Oh my god” before bursting into laughter as her thrid child arrived.
Little Kixee could be heard crying to signal her safe arrival before nurses wrapped her up.
Marnie, fighting back tears, said: “Oh my god wow look at her.
“Oh my god wow”.
When she was asked how she felt she added: “I can not believe it,” before asking about the little girl as she said: “Is she OK?”
Casey was also seen “shaking” as Marnie lay next to the little girl on the bed.
Fans were quick to gush over the sweet scenes, with one taking to Instagram to write: “Congratulations. She is so beautiful”.
Another posted: “She’s absolutely beautiful. Good job Marn’s”.
A third posted: “So special,” as one added: “Love her name.”
Yet fans will need to wait to see the scenes in full.
The final episode following an editing blunder -and it is unclear when it will return.
Marnie first revealed Kixee’s birth on Instagram.
Alongside a sweet picture post she wrote: “Baby girl is here safe and sound! We’re both doing really well and recovering.
“She’s so beautiful and perfect! I feel so blessed and still feels surreal I have a daughter.
“Gonna enjoy this baby bubble and get back to socials once I’ve recovered fully.
“Thanks for all the amazing messages it really means so much.”

Sharing a video clip, Marnie wrote: “Here we go again.”
