REALITY TV star Gemma Collins has lifted the lid on her fallouts with her former Towie co-stars – and how she has finally found ‘forgiveness’.

Posting a picture alongside former best friend-turned-enemy , ex Charlie King and long-time pal Saffron Lempriere, the I’m A Celeb… star penned: “The only way is up.

“Distance, fallouts and time apart, but always love.

“Healing has taught me forgiveness, understanding and letting go.

“So grateful for the friendships that found their way back with softer hearts and nothing but love.”
