KIM Kardashian has invited ex Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori for a family Christmas with her and new beau Lewis Hamilton.
Despite their rocky relationship over the years, TV personality , 46, extended a very surprising festive invite last year to the Flashing Lights rapper, 49, and his model wife, 31 – and plans to do it again this year.
Kim, who was married to between 2014 to 2022, revealed she only communicates with Kanye through his wife Bianca and his manager.
In Kim’s new biography Citizen Kim: The Woman Who Created the Future, the star opened up about the challenges when it comes to co-parenting their four kids North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, seven.
“I’m always like, ‘Oh, Dad’s traveling,’” she said.
“I still make up stories and protect [the kids] because I want them to think their dad is the greatest. But I invite him over all the time. ‘Do you want to come to dinner? I’ll leave the house. Come and have dinner with the kids in their house so that they can feel comfy. Sleep over for a few nights?’
Kim, who has been dating F1 superstar Lewis since early 2026, said she’ll be sending another invite in a bid to keep the peace for the sake of their kids.
“Last Christmas, I said, ‘Sleep over on Christmas Eve. Bring your girlfriend.’ I’m easy! ‘Let’s all do Christmas together‘,” Kim said.
“And I’ll recommend it again this year.
“I will sweep everything under the rug, all the horrible things he has said about me, so that the kids can see their father.”
Kim previously said she was “powerless” to help Kanye during his bipolar battle and said the rapper’s strange behaviour was a result of his mental health condition.
In 2020, Kim posted a lengthy statement defending her husband and begging for “compassion” amid his troubles.
The businesswoman has now said in her book that she only ever wanted Kanye to “win” and said: “I want him to shine, and I don’t like it when he doesn’t look good.”
Even though they’ve been separated for five years, Kim insisted she still frets over her ex.
“Oh, I worry about [Kanye] all day,” she admitted.
“All the time. That’s the father of my kids, I’ll never not worry about him.
“And that’s a big burden of having kids with someone who you don’t necessarily get along with. My kids would never know that.
“I do everything in my power to forget about all the negative things that happened.
“But we manage to coparent without too much conflict.”
Kim recently spoke about her in a profile for the The Times .
The magazine noted how Kim “has one nanny on duty, four on rotation”.
But although Kim has a nanny’s presence all of the time, she still takes her children to school every day and collects them.
She also has dinner with them every evening.
“I think I am an intermediate-strict parent,” she said.
“I’m extremely patient and loving. I still have a kid sleep in my bed when they want. I read books with the kids every night.”
Kim and Kanye haven’t seen eye-to-eye since they split in 2021, following seven years of marriage.
They finalised their divorce in 2022, but struggled to maintain a smooth co-parenting relationship, which Kanye repeatedly reminded fans of in his numerous social media rants.
Fans got a glimpse into their relationship issues in the final season of KUWTK, which showed the family dealing with Kanye’s erratic behavior, and Kim admitting she was unhappy in their marriage.
Cameras were rolling during this particularly low moment for the pair, and the source said that Kim “hates” how she comes across.
Kanye was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2016 after being hospitalized for a psychiatric emergency.
However, last year, the recording artist revealed he has since learned he has autism rather than the mood disorder.
Kanye and Bianca tied the knot in 2022 in a private ceremony in California.
