The Federal University, Lafia (FULafia), has appointed Professor Mohammed Isa Kida as the new Vice-Chancellor of the institution.

This information was included in the appointment letter dated October 29, 2025.

The letter indicated that Professor Kida’s term will span a single period of five years, commencing on February 11, 2026.

In the meantime, the university council expressed confidence that he will utilize his extensive experience to foster the growth and advancement of the university.
