I gave my front garden a quick & easy makeover for just £45 – trolls say it looks ‘awful’ & ‘like a grave’ but I love it

A DIY fan has shared how she gave her front garden a mega quick and easy makeover, without breaking the bank.

But Sam’s project has left many totally divided – with some describing it as looking “like a grave”;;

Sam, a young woman from the UK, recently took to to share the process of her makeover – but it left people very divided.

While many thought her front garden looked “amazing”;; after the , others described the makeover as “awful”;; and compared it to looking “like a grave”;;.

The , who has amassed 87,400 followers on , shared a step-by-step clip of her , which cost her less than £50 – yes, you heard that correctly.

Alongside the post, the influencer beamed: “We refreshed this space for under £45 by repurposing some old plants and using six bags of stones.”;;

Sam confirmed that she nabbed three bags of stones for just £15 and also used landscaping fabric that cost only £9.

To secure the fabric, Sam used metal garden staples, which she got for just £5 for a pack of 20.

She then added stones to the area – which are suitable for garden landscaping, borders and edging, and pathways – and finished it off with two mini palm tree plants.

What was once a very plain space has since been given a total overhaul, thanks to bargains from and B&Q.

We think Sam’s front looks fabulous and has now been transformed from drab to fab, with barely any effort involved.

Thrilled with her front garden’s glam new look, which is incredibly chic and stylish, Sam then explained: “Still need to paint the drain white, but I love how it has transformed the front of the house!”;;

The Instagram clip, which was posted under the username @samhome_lifestyle, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone and racked up 1.5 million views.

But there was a huge divide in the comments – while some loved it, others weren’t so kind.
