TWO American tourists who were on their way to France for a European summer got the shock of their lives when they got on the plane.
Brittney and her friend Lauren were in and planned to fly to France next.

So naturally, when they got to the airport they asked the staff for a ticket ‘To ,’ in .
Unfortunately for them, the staff heard ‘Tunis,’ a city located in Tunisia in .
The girls didn’t realise the until they had already boarded the plane.
In one viral clip, the girls ask a flight attendant where the plane is heading and she confirms that their ticket reads Tunis.
Once the pair realised the mistake, they both decided to sit on the plane and take off instead of causing a scene.
The pair documented the rest of their journey, being stuck in the airport at Tunis while they tried to arrange their way to France.
After being stuck in the airport, with one supervisor saying they were not allowed to leave, the girls were in tears.
But finally, they came across another supervisor who had more sympathy for the stranded tourists and got them a flight to Nice (in France.)
Finally the girls landed in their preferred location, and after all that stress, decided to stay there for a month.

The clips were quick to go viral on Brittney’s TikTok account @ brittneydzialo_ with millions of views.
People were quick to take to the comments, some were stunned the girls didn’t notice the error while others were left in hysterics.
One person wrote: “I’m sorry but why did you NOT get off the plane?!?!!??!”
Another commented: “But don’t you look at the gate sign and listen to the announcement?”
“I have too much pride to ever make a scene on the plane. I would have sucked it up and accepted my new destination,” penned a third.
